Building a new global audience for a trade organization that’s changing the way the world does business.
Peppol, provides a platform which allows for the seamless global exchange of electronic documentation. It’s potential impact on global trade is so profound that it's use has been mandated across all public service procurement by the governments of Norway, Sweden, Australia, Singapore, Iceland and New Zealand.
It is also used by many private businesses across the world. Despite these successes, Peppol’s share of the total market was tiny and there was little awareness of Peppol or understanding of the game-changing solution they offer.
Originally conceived with a focus solely on EU government and public organisations, Peppol needed to reposition the brand to reflect their growing global presence and accelerate adoption in the private sector where their services are equally relevant. They also wanted those who already knew about Peppol, and saw them as niche and technical, to re-appraise the brand.

A new logo that reflected their global presence. A new brand identity and editorial positioning, making their services and benefits easier to understand and pulling the focus away from technical jargon and firmly onto the benefits to the end-user - A gateway to faster, cheaper and more efficient global trade for organisations and businesses of every size.
We re-designed the website and produced video content for the site, social channels, conferences and exhibitions. Brand guidelines and a media toolkit were also produced to support Peppol as they implement the new branding across the world.
The old and the new. A re-designed logo (Left) lending a friendlier more welcoming face for the Global Trade organisation, reflecting their global status and evoking the speed and ease with which they allow users to connect and trade.
