Rekorderlig challenged us to deliver a touring experiential idea which could be quickly deployed in locations across the country over consecutive days.
The brief was to deliver a premium tasting experience allowing people to sample the different flavor variants whilst also highlighting usage occasions.
All of this needed to be delivered with cues to the beauty of Swedish nature (The cider is made with pure Swedish Spring water in a beautiful part of the Swedish countryside) alongside the ‘cool’ renaissance of contemporary Scandinavian culture across Fashion, music, design and cuisine – A cider aimed at a newer, younger generation of cider drinkers.
The Rekorderlig Taste Tour.
We commissioned specialists in vehicle restoration to convert a classic Citroen H van into a striking Rekorderlig tasting shop and visited 28 locations around the UK giving out free samples of Rekorderlig.
Each Rekorderlig flavor was paired with a different tasting dish. Starting with traditional Swedish recipes as our inspiration, we partnered with one of London’s most renowned Scandinavian restaurants to create modern twists on these classics.
Dishes included Swedish meatballs with beetroot and apple salad and mushroom and pearl barley risotto made with Rekorderlig Pear Cider.
The dishes were pure premium dining, and like the cider, were created with the highest quality ingredients.
The truck visited 28 locations around the UK. Over 3,000 people sampled the cider. There were 30,000 tweets #Rekotastetour and 2.5 million in PR reach.

What We Made
We were responsible for the idea from concept through to delivery and managed every detail to bring the idea to life. From working with the Scandinavian restaurant to create the dishes, overseeing every the detail of the truck build, to all the production management of the tour and managing each location to ensure that every aspect went without a hitch.
